Gallup Poll on Republicans, Democrats, and Creation
Published June 27th, 2008 in Current Issues in the World, My JourneysGallup, the US polling organization, has released this information about a new survey it conducted:
Republicans much more likely than Democrats to believe humans created as-is 10,000 years ago. . . . There is a significant political divide in beliefs about the origin of human beings, with 60% of Republicans saying humans were created in their present form by God 10,000 years ago, a belief shared by only 40% of independents and 38% of Democrats.

ATHEIST SYMBOLS
You may be interested to know that atheists use symbols (Christians use symbols like the sign of a “fish,” a cross, etc.). The reason I mention this is that we observe people come into the museum frequently with these symbols on cars, shirts, tattoos, etc. I have included a photo of one of their symbols we saw at the museum this week.
I have also included a link to various atheist symbols—if you scroll down, one of their symbols is a photo of Darwin—which says it all!

AiG/CREATION MUSEUM SUMMER PHOTOS
I thought you would like to see these photos taken recently at the AiG property. You too can experience these beautiful grounds when you visit the Creation Museum.
SPEAKING IN JACKSON
This Sunday morning, I will be speaking at the morning service of Community Bible Church in Jackson, Wyoming. You can obtain relevant information from AiG’s event calendar:

PHOTO
As our youngest daughter Kristel is home from college for the summer, I thought it would be nice to included a photo of her taken this week. Lots of our friends and close relatives check out this blog each day, and this can be a reminder to pray for Kristel as she prepares for her junior year at college.
DEVOTION
Peculiar
(Deu 26:18) And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
Taking God seriously, using our short life to serve & please Him is termed by the world strangely peculiar, as opposed to God’s term for us His peculiar treasure.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying.
