Weddings, Anyone?
Published April 26th, 2009 in Around AiG, Museum Updates, Thoughts and ThingsThis past week, Guest Services staff worked with a caterer to set up the Main Hall to show people what it would look like for a wedding reception, banquet, etc. We have had many requests for people to rent the Museum facility after hours for such special events. I’ve included two photographs to show the set up—a beautiful place for such a banquet or wedding reception. Of course, we would also work out ways in which such people could also visit the Creation Museum exhibits and use it as an equipping/witnessing opportunity.
FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE
We were reminded of Psalm 139 yesterday, when we praised the Lord for the safe arrival of Grandchild number five, Caleb Bodie Hodge. Here are some photographs:

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! (Psalm 139:13-17)
When you see the miracle of a newborn baby, one can’t help but be burdened by a culture that has legalized killing such babies in the womb and yet wants animal rights! If you have never seen Dr. David’s Menton presentation called Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, I urge you to do so. It is the most powerful pro-life, anti-abortion presentation you will ever see—it will also cause you to stand in awe of our creator God and praise Him. You can obtain this presentation from the AiG Online bookstore.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying
