Weekly Update—Winter has arrived!

Even though last week was a short week, many things were still accomplished here at the museum. Outside, the irrigation system ââ?¬Å?winterizingââ?¬? was completed and work continued on the third waterfall near the bridge. We also had our first snowfall of the season on Wednesday and it was extremely beautiful, for those of us who like the cold weather.

Inside, the fabrication team continued working in the bookstore, soundproofing the planetarium, and working on the front of the Special Effects Theater. Weekly Update—Fabrication work

Last week was another exciting week here at the museum. It started off with new scenery above the lobby entry doors. A muralist painted the sky above the rocks that are located on the landing above the doors and he will be coming back to paint more scenes on this space in the coming weeks.
