Preparations for The Road to Bethlehem experience are well under way at the Creation Museum. The Museum will host its first ever live Nativity with a special presentation called The Road to Bethlehem which will bring a realistic setting of First-Century Jerusalem and town of Bethlehem to life. The premiere of this event will take place on Friday December 12 at 6:00 p.m. and run for a series of evenings throughout December and into January 2009.
The museumÂ’s talented design team is pictured here working on creating the costumes. You can see a bit of the behind the scene in these photos as the team discusses the plans, prepares the fabrics, and works with trying them on. It has been fascinating to see all the plans come together as the countdown to the premiere begins.
