Skeptics said it wouldn’t work. Some Christians scoffed—some said (sometimes in a sarcastic tone) that it would be a “white elephant.” But almost 600,000 people later—in just 18 months—they keep coming to the Creation Museum. Saturdays still get anywhere from 2000–3000 visitors. Lots of groups from churches, Christian schools, tours, etc. pour in each month.
I have attached a photograph of a group from Sterling Christian Church who visited yesterday. I believe they traveled here from Indiana.
Nothing New Under the Sun
God’s Word has been under attack since Genesis 3—so, it is nothing new to hear about scoffers attacking God’s Word. Last week I received this sad example of God’s Word under attack from my homeland of Australia.
“Jesus Christ was not God, and Mary was not a virgin, according to a controversial new book written by an Australian Catholic priest. “This whole matter regarding Jesus being God . . . not only does violence to my own intelligence, but must be a sticking point,” Father Peter Dresser writes in his new book, “God Is Big. Real Big.”
“For millions of people trying to make some kind of sense of the Christian religion. . . . No human being can ever be God, and Jesus was a human being. It is as simple as that.” Dresser claims Joseph was Jesus’s father, Mary was not a virgin–and actually had six children–and that the story of the resurrection should not be taken literally.”
Just another reminder we need to be faithful to the Word!

How Could a Loving God . . . ?
How Could A Loving God . . . ? is the title of my book on understanding a loving God in the world of death and suffering we live in. This book features real-life examples from the life and tragic death of my younger brother Robert. I have had so many people tell me this book was the best help they found in dealing with tragedy in their life. In fact, at the museum on Thursday, after I spoke in the theater, a man came up and asked me to autograph a copy of this book. He said he already had a copy at home that had been of tremendous help to him in dealing with the death of his wife in recent times.
You can obtain this book from the AiG online bookstore.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
