A Wonderfully “Wretched” Event

by Ken Ham

“Creation and the Gospel”

We are partnering with Wretched (as in “that saved a wretch like me”) Radio and TV to present: “Creation and the Gospel: Ready to Give an Answer” here at the Creation Museum next month.

Join radio host Todd Friel and his listeners (and others visiting the museum) June 12–14 for three exciting days, as museum guests explore the connection between biblical creation and the gospel. You will leave equipped to defend the Genesis account of creation, the gospel, and our cornerstone doctrine: justification.

Guests will not only enjoy the acclaimed Creation Museum, but they will hear lectures from me and the AiG scientists—and Todd. This will be a special weekend of adventure, learning, equipping, and encouragement.

CNN Poll on Same-Sex Marriages

CNN reports on a new poll that shows that from older to younger generations, there is an increasing acceptance of same-sex “marriage.” This is certainly not surprising given that each subsequent generation is more secularized than the previous. This is something Answers in Genesis has been saying all along. Here are some excerpts:
A new national poll suggests a majority of Americans oppose legalizing same-sex marriages, but the survey indicates a vast generational divide. . . .

Fifty-four percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll released Monday say marriages between gay or lesbian couples should not be recognized as valid, with 44 percent suggesting they should be considered legal. But among those 18 to 34 years old, 58 percent said same-sex marriages should be legal. That number drops to 42 percent among respondents aged 35 to 49, and to 41 percent for those aged 50 to 64. Only 24 percent of Americans 65 and older support recognizing same-sex marriages, according to the poll.

Devotion

Strange unto them

(Genesis 42:7) And Joseph saw his brethren, and he knew them, but made himself strange unto them, and spoke roughly unto them; and he said unto them, Whence come you? And they said, From the land of Canaan to buy food.

Many Jews today do not recognize that the Lord Jesus Christ is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—Jehovah—as He now seems strange like the God of the Gentiles.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,

Ken
