About this Blog

Answers in Genesis is the world’s largest apologetics (i.e., Christianity-defending) ministry, dedicated to enabling Christians to defend their faith, and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively. We focus particularly on providing answers to questions surrounding the book of Genesis, as it is the most-attacked book of the Bible. We also desire to train others to develop a biblical worldview, and seek to expose the bankruptcy of evolutionary ideas, and its bedfellow, a “millions of years old” earth (and even older universe).

My name is Ken Ham. I am the president of AiG here in the United States. This blog is for people who enjoy reading the stories. I believe the stories of changed lives and the way God is working in people’s hearts is amazing. Join me as I chronicle for you some of my travels, along with the testimonies of people I meet. To read a more complete biography about me please go to my bio page at Answers in Genesis.

To offer your feedback go to our Feedback page. I look forward to hearing from you!

The following is the text of the “Welcome to my Blog” post when we first made this available.

Thanks for stopping by! For those of you who don’t know, a “Blog” is short for “Web-log,” a journal of sorts, posted online for people to read.

I hope you’ll enjoy reading about Answers in Genesis and what God is doing through this ministry.

  • I want to take you “behind the scenes” by telling you the stories. There are dozens of stories every day. People whose lives are changed, challenges we face, issues to deal with. I hope you enjoy reading them—and pray as you do!
  • On the blog, you’ll see the term “podcasting.” Podcasting is something fairly new to the Internet. Here on the blog you can download the daily radio broadcast right onto your computer and then onto an mp3 player. The instructions are under the “Information and how tos” page at the top.
  • I’ll keep you up-to-date with some of my travels, along with the travels of some of our speakers. We are literally “around the world,” teaching people the truths of God’s Word—from the very first verse.

If you’d like to send some feedback, that would be great! Those of you used to blogging know that there should be a way to leave comments. The web guys decided to do that via the feedback link at right. Let me know what you think!

God Bless,

Ken
