AiG–UK Is on the Road Again . . . and Still Online

This month, we are finally on the road again!

We don’t have to tell you that the last year has been anything but normal. With all the unknowns and restrictions related to the pandemic, a large part of our normal ministry—travelling and speaking at churches around the UK—has been greatly limited. But this month, we are finally on the road again! AiG speakers are booked in for Sunday services and special Saturday events throughout the remainder of the year. Our online calendar has details of many upcoming events including a very special “tent event” in Oxford on August 28 called “What Is Man?” We will have four speakers exploring the character and design of mankind. And, as it will be our Outreach Manager, Neil Seeds’ birthday (and first in-person event for 17 months), he’ll even give you a little gift if you come along and say, “Happy Birthday” to him!

As many of you know, throughout the “lockdown” we have been delighted to host many amazing webinars on Facebook Live, YouTube, and Answers.tv featuring many gifted speakers. When I went live on the first of these with Prof. Andy McIntosh on March 26, 2020, we just saw it as a way of continuing to get the message out while we couldn’t physically get out. We had no idea that a year later we would have reached people in at least 18 countries across five continents and made so many new friends along the way. Additionally, one of the most heart-warming examples I can bring is that of a supporter with a debilitating condition who would not be able to come to an event in person, even if it were next door to her house. Yet she was able to join us online to enjoy live teaching with both her parents (ordinarily only one would be able to get to a physical event). Praise God!

The culmination of all our webinars will come in October (28–30) with the Answers UK Mega Conference—AiG–UK’s biggest ever online event: 13 sessions over three days, exclusively on Answers.tv, featuring 13 speakers from both sides of the Atlantic, for just £18 including tax.
