Centered Around . . . the Precious Word

A Christian leader writes about the experience his church group had at the Creation Museum:

I am the Senior Pastor of a church in . . . Ohio. Every year we try to encourage our seniors at our church to participate in various places we go, twice a year. This year we were told of the Creation Museum, so when we had our committee meeting, coming to the Creation Museum was put down as one of the places to go. So Saturday, September 27th, we left . . . at 7:30 am in our church van and headed for the Creation Museum. We were all delighted for everything we saw. What yours truly liked was that it was so centered around the Gospel of the Precious Word = The BIBLE. So I am wanting to say Thank You for all being nice and having such a fantastic place of good clean Biblical display and such. We will highly recommend people to come.

ITS for ’09

The ITS (International Training Seminar) for ’09 is shaping up nicely. As part of AiG’s Worldwide outreach, we bring Christian leaders in from around the world to train them to be able to present the creation/gospel messages in their countries.

Here is the tentative list of countries such leaders will be coming from for next year’s ITS held at AiG headquarters:

• Hungary
• India
• Malaysia
• Moldova
• Philippines
• Portugal
• Russia

Please be in prayer for the various leaders as they seek permission/visas, etc., to come to this program.

“Distracted away”

(1 Kings 8:33) When thy people Israel be smitten down before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and shall turn again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and make supplication unto thee in this house:

When we have been distracted away from the Lord Jesus Christ we know that on no other terms will God forgive and heal us except we turn back to the Lord.
