It’s Encouraging and Discouraging

Yes—it’s an encouragement that crowds continue to flock to the Creation Museum, as they have done in the past for more than seven years since our 2007 opening. We had over 2,000 visitors at the Creation Museum yesterday! We received anywhere between 1,000–2,000 visitors each day this past week—and 4,000 visitors this past weekend. We are expecting over 3,000 visitors today. Some days this year have even broken records for attendance.

But It’s Discouraging . . .

You see, the success of the Creation Museum must be discouraging to those (mainly secularists, including in the media—and even some people in certain parts of the church) who have been claiming doom and gloom for the museum, hoping that it would fail!

Even some in the church claimed it would be a “white elephant” and wouldn’t succeed! Secularists and some secular media have been predicting and propagandizing the doom of the Creation Museum for the past few months! These sources have disseminated all sorts of false information about attendance and exhibits in their propaganda war to try to hurt the museum attendance. They must be so discouraged to see something that takes an uncompromising stand on God’s Word and the gospel being so successful!

New Video

Last weekend, I asked our video division to obtain some updated video clips of the museum, including some video of the excited people crowding into the facility. I wrote a short script and narrated the brief video through the Creation Museum. I ask you to share it with others and encourage them to visit this amazing facility.
