Irish Christmas Concert Coming to the Cincinnati Area

Are you ready to get into the Christmas spirit by worshipping Christ and celebrating His birth? Well, if you live anywhere near the Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky areas, I want to encourage you to attend Keith and Kristyn Getty’s “Joy: An Irish Christmas” concert on Nov. 20. I heard them in concert earlier this year in Nashville.

Word in the Family Ministry is sponsoring this event as part of their annual Bonfire Gathering. The Gettys are song writers (Keith Getty co-wrote the now famous hymn “In Christ Alone”), and they and their band will be fusing Celtic, Bluegrass, Americana, classical music, and choral singing in joyous celebration of our Savior’s birth. Here’s a quick video showcasing just some of what you’ll see at this concert, to be held just a few miles from our Creation Museum:

AiG will have a booth there to connect people to the Creation Museum and the AiG ministry, so be sure to stop by and say hi. This promises to be a great night of celebrating the birth of Christ in song. You might also consider giving your pastor and his wife a pair of tickets as an early Christmas gift.
