Ten-Year-Old Boy Gets His Wish to Visit the Creation Museum and Ark

by Ken Ham

I was thrilled to meet a fine young man, Ethan, and his family from Canada. Ethan is 10 years old. Sadly, he struggles with health issues, but with the help of the Children’s Wish Foundation (the largest Canadian wish-granting charity for children with life-threatening illnesses), Ethan and his family were able to visit the Creation Museum yesterday, and they are planning on seeing the Ark Encounter today. Ethan is an amazing young man. And he just loves creation apologetics.

Ethan and his family were able to spend some time with me as we showed them through our AiG offices. They also met our lead video animator and also had a special telescope session with our astronomer, Dr. Danny Faulkner. I also gave Ethan and his brother and sister some special gifts to remind them of their visit.

I was touched to know that the reason he wanted to come to Northern Kentucky was to meet me, plus, of course, to tour the Ark and Creation Museum. He really enjoys watching our videos. Ethan’s mom said he watches AiG videos over and over again and has been talking to his friends at school about what he believes. He is aware that Genesis can be a place to start in sharing the gospel.

Ethan made the whole staff a Noah’s Ark thank you card, pictured to the right, that said "The Ark is a symbol of salvation" on the inside.

Thank you for visiting, Ethan!

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
