“God Made the Rainbow”
Our Ark Encounter resident musicians have written several original songs to perform during their daily concerts in the Answers Center, including “Six Days” and a pro-life song, “Three Beating Hearts.” And now they have another new original for guests to enjoy live when they visit the life-size Noah’s ark—but you can tap your toes to “God Made the Rainbow” right at home with the lyric video below.
In this song, Southern Salvation sings about how it was God who created the rainbow and assigned a meaning to this symbol after the global flood. The rainbow has been “stolen” by the LGBTQ community to represent pride, sin, and rebellion against God’s design and created order, but that’s not the true meaning of the rainbow as we know from Genesis 9.
