Well, “40/40”—our 40 Days & 40 Nights of Christian Music festival at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum—is now over. And what a 40 days and nights it was! The Lord was truly moving during this event, as 2,047 individuals responded to the gospel presentation and challenge! Praise the Lord!

Time went by so quickly! As the event was nearly at an end, it really seemed like just yesterday we began setting up for 40/40—and now it’s over for the year! Enjoy these behind-the-scenes photos from some of the last days of the event. As you’ll see in some of them, the musicians love to sign our special walls at the Answers Center where all the artists that have performed here have their signatures.

We never stop; we’re always doing something to do our best to reach as many people as we can with the truth of God’s Word and the gospel.

Tens of thousands of people attended 40/40 this year—and, now that it’s over, the organizers, Abraham Productions, are already working on next year’s event! At the Ark and Creation Museum, our regular programming will return along with a number of conferences (such as our Answers for Pastors conference) and other special events like Día Latino and the Creation College Expo. And our staff have already been working on stringing lights as we prepare for our stunning Christmas lights and programs! We never stop; we’re always doing something to do our best to reach as many people as we can with the truth of God’s Word and the gospel.

The Grand Finale: CAIN

Saturday night was the grand finale for 40/40, and CAIN was the group so many came to hear. Nearly 2,000 people packed into the Answers Center’s stunning auditorium for the final evening.

TrueSong, our resident musical artists, began the grand-finale evening (so many people have told me that TrueSong was one of the top groups—they certainly are fantastic, and all four guys are so sincere in their Christian faith and do all for the glory of God), and right before my message, Joseph Habedank set the stage for the lead-in to the presentation of the gospel message. CAIN then performed as the final event.

That evening, 120 people that we know of responded to the gospel! All we can say is “Praise the Lord!”

Thanks to Ray and Denise Flynn, Abraham Productions, and their team for their sacrificial efforts in leading this event and planning the next, which will be the fourth since the series began in 2021. And thanks to the more than 100 artists who performed this year.

Also, thanks to all our wonderful Answers in Genesis staff (AV, housekeeping, public safety, events, guest services, retail, and more) who worked so tirelessly throughout this event.

Make sure you plan to attend next year! All concerts are included free with your Ark Encounter or Creation Museum daily admission.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
