Behind the Scenes: Meet Chuck, Our Newest “Team Member”

Meet Chuck, our new artificial intelligence autonomous warehouse robot. Chuck is now helping our warehouse team more efficiently tackle the ever-increasing number of orders we receive daily. It has state-of-the-art sensors to help it navigate all through the warehouse. One of the many ways Chuck is helping our team is with its ability to pull multiple orders simultaneously, whereas before, we could only pull one order at a time.

As you can see, Chuck isn’t the only new “team member.” There are several, and all have been given different names.

We are thankful for modern technology to help us get God’s Word out to more people! We’re especially thankful for the help of robots like Chuck this time of year as our warehouse is extremely busy filling and shipping Answers VBS orders. Thousands of churches will be using our 2024 VBS, The Great Jungle Journey, this year to teach children the 7 C’s of History, and that means tens of thousands of VBS products will need to be shipped from our warehouse. It’s a busy season for our warehouse staff, but what a blessing to be able to equip churches with the resources to teach children the foundational history of the world and the gospel message!
